It just throws you way out of position, so that means you either have to deal with being stuck against a wall, or not use finishers on ninja, which leaves you a bit screwed since they are also blatant cheats in crime alley.

I have had them go red after I start a cape stun on them. And they managed to hit me even though I was mid-animation. You see them go red after you start the move, so you know you are alright, you will manage to stun him before he pulls off the move, but then suddenly in these two maps only, none of the others have done this he is moving at like 5x his normal speed and you're hit.
I swear, I have been playing and beating these challenges since arkham asylum, have gotten 3 stars on every challenge combat challenge, not always predator for every game, without an issue.
Even for arkham origins, where they had somehow managed to mess the timing up so the fighting didn't flow right.
Here when I am Nightwing or Robin I can't even perform a beatdown if there are more then 3 goons around, because they attack so fast you can't lay a hit on the stunned guy and then counter, because even though they start their attack after you are in your beatdown animation, they have hit you before you finish it, so there is literally nothing you can do.
The heavy guys are the same. I have had them hit me and the first time I see the counter icon is as I get hit.
It hasn't shown until just as the strike lands on me. How is that not a rigged challenge? But it isn't like this in other maps, or in the campaign, is what I am trying to say.
So these maps are either glitched, or designed to cheat you, just to make those two achievements much much tougher to attain.

It's not possible. Usually when this happens, the red counter icon from the shield guy will either cancel out, because the game knows you are in no position to be able to do anything, or it gives you time to finish your animation and then react to the shield attack.
It doesn't happen so much with the stun baton guys. They just teleport across the map to hit you. In the last 2 rounds don't go for beatdowns or any other time-consuming tactic.
Remember, you're shooting for Flawless Freeflow 4 rounds of continuous freeflow without missing or taking hits , not Perfect Freeflow any and all combined combat moves without missing or taking hits.

Something that shouldn't take more than a few tries has become impossible because henchmen are hitting from nowhere, teleporting across the map with stun batons after I dive out the way of them, and robin is actively targetting either nothing at all, or the absolute wrong target I was aiming for.
I mean I know robin is awful, but this is beyond a joke now. Last time I took a clear punch at a guy, and just before it connected a counter icon appeared above the guy next to me and before I even registered what was going on he had thrown the punch and hit me.
Absolutely nothing I could have done differently in that situation. And it is happening time and time again Now don't all go shouting "noob git gud", because I have been playing these games since arkham asylum came out, and I know what I am doing.

This has happened probably 3 or 4 times now, so I end up either countering thin air, or if I am lucky I do a cape stun. Either way it throws me right off and I usually lose the combo because of it.
From first to fourth round, the effort required increases considerably. Add to that the laggy fight mechanics compared to the previous games.
It took me five hours to seal this achievement with all four characters, and I've played since Asylum was first released on GFWL.
You don't have to use every single move of each character; just complete each round without losing combo or being hit.
Just keep wittling away at it, bearing in mind that each round gets tougher than the last. You'll get it. It's not how tough it is though, that's the thing.
It's how wonky the game has become just for this fight. Even from the first round robin is missing goons I am clearly aiming for, goons are hitting from nowhere, with barely time to even see the counter icon, which usually show up after I am in the middle of a move.
It just feels like the game has deliberately been made wonky for this achievement. Because I had no trouble actually beating the score, or even getting perfect freeflow as batman.
